Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

My foster family calls me Mr. Perfect!!!!  Get ready for Noah to greet you with joyful spins and happy tail wags.  He's filled with sweetness and loves people and other dogs.  He's a confident little guy who loves to explore, especially the toy bin where he will spread all the toys around just to find the right one.  Noah sleeps quietly in his dog bed, even through the boisterous storms of Houston. His dachshund genes doesn't allow him to be fond of doing his business outside, but so far he hasn't had an accident in the house.  If you need a little dox mix dog that's going to give your spirits a lift, then Noah is your guy.  He's near perfect!
