Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

At only 4 months old these pups shows signs of being really champions.  They both are a joyful mix of calm puppy with just enough energy to keep you entertained.  They have a loud bark but not too vocal.  Both seems to be happy to have anyone hold them and show them a good belly rub.  We call them Rocky Red and his brother Rowdy Blue because of the color of their collars. The scruffy wire haired faces are distinguishable in time but color coding helped as they look a lot alike.  They work nicely together and seem to enjoy each other’s company quite well.  All though they could be separated they make the perfect bonded puppy pals.  We have been very successful with potty training and that is heading in the right direction.  They both eat well and are on Wellness dry puppy food and enjoy feedings twice a day.  A good treat at lunch and bedtime keep these guys happy.  They are starting to know their names and worked in well with a pack of 4 adult dogs.  Both are keen to listen to the guidance of the adults and don’t get to rough with them making for a nice balance in the house.  At night they fall right in with the others going to crates on cue and sleeping nicely through the night.  We are early risers here so they are ready to go outside early and take care of business.  I give them 10 to 15 minutes and they are good for about 3 hours before needing another break.  That is excellent in the puppy world.  A little petting and some breakfast and their mornings are off to a good start.  They enjoy their toys and play with balls returning them for a treat or a head rub.  If you’re ready to commit to a real relationship with that special forever friend you couldn’t do better than starting out with these two beautiful wire haired pups.  They are the cutest little balls of fur your will ever meet.
