Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted. We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.
Vetting complete
Update: JJ loves to be held and petted. She is a lap dog and a great companion. She enjoys sleeping in the bed with her foster mom and sister Libby. JJ gets along well with her foster brothers and likes to share a nice soft dog bed and blanket with them. She is happy to stay in her crate if she has a buddy to keep her company. She is potty trained and comes when she is called. JJ does not chew, is not food aggressive, understands no and is a very fast learner. JJ needs our help. Underweight, dehydrated, HW positive. She has arrived at our vets due to a good samaritan who found her eating garbage in the street. Thanks to the good samaritan, JJ will spend this weekend with one of DRoH's vets, getting fluids and waiting on the results of her bloodwork. She is skin and bones and she has hair loss that may be due to malnutrition. We are grateful to the person who reached out to us. Please help us help JJ. Donations small and large are GRATEFULLY appreciated. K eep JJ in your thoughts please. She has just begun her journey to health.
