Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Sam is a sweet boy who loves to be by your side and preferably on your lap.  He’s very intelligent and of course, quite handsome too!  He loves to go out on long walks with his foster siblings and to play with his toys when he is home.  He’s crate trained but really prefers to be out and about so that he can play and keep track of his foster mom.  So far, he seems to be housetrained with the exception of a few accidents when he first arrived.  He’s working on behaving around the two family cats …. They are quite intriguing but he is learning that they are all part of the family.
