Winston is a "people" pleaser.   He wants nothing more than to please his person. He gets along very well with dogs smaller than him and loves to hunt for squirrels and rabbits.  Winston was very sad when he lost his life time person but has now adjusted to his new life and would love to have a forever family once more. 
 
Loves to go for walks as well as being a constant and loyal companion. It has been said that "perfect" should not be used to describe a dog's house training but Winston is "perfect" .  Since he is an older guy he does need a potty break every 5 hours. Would be a perfect new companion for an existing family pet that may be lonesome and/or human companion as well.
 
Winston does well with children who are over the age of 6 and understand how to behave around dogs.  He listens very well and is obedient.  
 
Winston is a very good boy that is "looking for love" to give and receive.
