Toby is a sweet older boy who is super playful and affectionate.  He loves to greet his foster parents when they come home. He enjoys sleeping in his crate.  Toby loves to lounge on the couch when we are watching TV.  He wants to be by your side as much as possible, but he gets distracted easily playing outdoors.  His favorite toys make him happy!  He loves to bat them around and chew his toys during playtime.
