Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Andrew is a 4 year young, sweet, 17 lb guy who came to DRoH as a stray.  He is a little shy, but with the proper home we expect him to warm up. Andrew is still new to DRoH, so stay tuned for future updates.

Update: Andrew is the sweetest boy. He is skittish of dogs and people at first but he only needs a minute or two (and possibly a treat) and he’s your best friend. He loves to run and play but also enjoys sitting in his persons lap. He is a little shadow and will follow you around. He’s good with kids and will run around with them. He loves toys and will fetch balls. He’s perfectly content as long as he’s around his people. He gets along with both of my dogs but they are both smaller than he is. One of his favorite things is giving kisses. He’s a definite lap dog and will be the perfect addition to a loving home.
