Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted. We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Hi friends, this is Berry. We call her Berry and Little Girl. She's just happy to be getting love and attention. She is very eager to please and incredibly affectionate. It took her only 2 hours to warm up to us and her foster siblings. She is incredibly loving and fits right in. She loves nothing more than to be on the couch next to you getting belly rubs. She is quite possibly the most adoring and affectionate doggie I have ever fostered. She loves both men and women as well as gets along with male and female dogs. She sleeps in her crate in the bedroom through the night without a peep. And I can't believe it but this sweet girl hasn't had a single accident in the house. She is very food motivated. It would be best to feed her separately from other dogs as she finishes very quickly and goes to investigate other dogs bowls. Please use caution when opening a garage door or front door as she will dart out if given the opportunity. She also does best with a slow feeder bowl because she eats with such enthusiasm that she hardly chews. She has truly been a blessing and a joy to foster. She has so much love to give and will make a fabulous companion.
