Charlie is very loving and likes to make sure he gets petted by helping his foster parents lift their hands with his head the rub him.
He is definitely a lap dog. Only really barks when he is startled or his foster siblings are barking too. He likes to explore the perimeter of the house but is also content laying on the couch at times watching foster mom clean. He has learned how to use the foam pet stairs to go up and down off the couch. He will go in a crate but does not like to be in there and is very vocal about his feelings on the matter.
