Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Every dog has a story, and Tucker is ready to write his next chapter. He's had a heartbreak. Now, he just needs a human (or humans) with an open heart and some gentle guidance to write his Hollywood ending.

Tucker already has the Hollywood good looks along with a lean, athletic build. He's sweet. He's super intelligent. He's friendly and playful with small dogs (Maybe larger dogs, too. Who knows?) What more could you ask for?

Tucker loves to chew and burrow and explore and run like the wind. He could be a sports dog or your cuddle buddy. Tucker is definitely a foodie (he can be a bit pushy when he's hungry). But, he's super easy to train and eager to learn. Potty training is coming along nicely. Same with coming-when-called.

He'd probably do well with a family who has older children who understand how to respect a dog. He'd for sure do well with a couple or single person who want to put him in the spotlight (someone get this dog an instagram account!).

Just like every dog has a story, every human does, too. Maybe Tucker is the new character in your page-turner, the plot twist you've been hoping for, your Hollywood ending.
