Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

They just don't come any sweeter than BitBit.  We would keep her for ourselves if we didn't already have four dogs of our own.  She has been the sweetest and most polite little house guest. I still haven't heard her bark yet and we have not observed any food aggression. She is 100% potty trained.
She happily sleeps on a dog bed with a blanket on the floor next to my side of the bed. She follows me around from room to room and finds a happy little spot to relax and watch me. Don't let the grays on her face fool you, she gets around really well and she can actually run pretty fast.
She tolerates our 2-year-old daughter very well. She lets her pet her and kiss on her.
BitBit also gets along with our four dachshund mixes. We have males and females and she gets along with everybody. I think she's just happy to be back in a home environment. She enjoys when I sit in the floor and love on her before bedtime. I have even gotten a little kiss which makes me feel special.
