Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted. We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Mia is a real sweetie that quickly blended into life at her foster home. She gets along well with her three foster doggy brothers. She is housetrained with no accidents. Mia likes to walk on a leash. She is crate trained and will spend a quiet, peaceful night with a fuzzy blanket - all snuggled up in her crate. This little diva has found that it is rather entertaining to paw through the doggy toy baskets to make her selections. While Mia likes to gather three or four interesting toys and bring them back to a dog bed, she kind of thinks that it is best to go right back to see if there are more waiting to be found. This little cutie doesn’t take up much room while she snuggles with you on the sofa watching TV. She is very attentive and eager to please. Mia is a treasure of a pup that will be a welcome addition to any family.
