Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Anjelica - just like an angel!

I may be shy and shaky when I first meet you. This is because I need time to get to know you before I am really comfortable. Once we become friends you will see my fun and bouncy personality. I wag my tail often and love to run and play. My foster siblings love to play with me and we share squeaky toys nicely. I really LOVE toys! When it comes time to eat, I like to take my time. Snuggling and watching television or reading a book with you would be one of my other favorite past times. Burrowing in the throw blankets on the couch is really so much fun! At night I am happy to go to bed when you do and for now my favorite place to sleep is in a chair next to my foster parents’ bed. All I need is my pink snuggie and I am perfectly happy all night long. I don’t make a sound. I have no desire to chew shoes or furniture but I really enjoy bones and chew toys. I am a very well behaved dog. Barking is only an issue if I see someone that is unfamiliar in my home. My foster mom has already fallen under my charming ways.
