Mia Winslow needs a caretaker or foster!
Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted. We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Get ready for frolicking, fun, face-licking Mia. This little bundle of joy is 9 weeks old and just a little over 2 pounds. She's SO happy to be a Dachshund Rescue of Houston dog and thrilled with each new chew toy her foster mom hands her. She has several more booster shots and her spay surgery before she will be available for adoption but she is available right now to 'foster to adopt' if you can't wait to get your hands on her. She's working on potty pad training and crate training. Fill out an application soon, because she won't be around very long! Too cute!
