Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted. We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.
Dell is well-behaved and calm but is still learning some commands (sit and down) and is well house trained. He doesn’t like stairs or being carried although he tolerates both. Dell enjoys our evening walks and meeting the kids on my block. Dell is very intelligent and has a good temperament in general.
Due to Dell’s very short coat, he is temperature sensitive and will need a sweater in the winter cold and protection from direct sun.
His only bad habit is jumping - on your legs when he greets people and up on the sofa - but is quickly learning not do both.
