Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Marcus is an absolute angel!  He loves to be wherever you are at, and likes to curl up in your lap when you are on the couch watching TV.  He loves his lap time.  He would love to sleep in the bed with you, but he also will settle down in his own bed after about 5 minutes of trying to change your mind.  He gets along well with his 3 foster dog brothers, and mostly just leaves them alone.  He is more focused on people than other dogs. Sometimes he gets a little lap-possessive, so we remind him that laps are a shared resource with the other dogs.  He hasn't had an accident in the house since the first day he came home.  He goes out to potty regularly, and even figured out how to use the doggie door (though he struggles a bit with it, since he is so very tiny).  He is super sweet, and gave his first kisses yesterday, too.  Marcus would be the perfect fit for any home.
