William "Billy" is 6 lbs, 10 oz. of pure sweet sugar! He seems to love everyone he comes in contact with, both the human and the four-legged type. He loves to be with his people, but will rest quietly in his crate when his fosters aren't home. He also plays with toys!
He is leash trained, crate trained and house trained. He sleeps peacefully in his crate all night long.
