Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Rachel’s sweet disposition brightens your day and  night. She’s a constant companion who finds herself happiest cuddled in your lap. she walks well on her lead and falls into the pack trot. Food motivates Baby Girl to sit and even spin for her breakfast/dinner.  She is still learning about food boundaries so she will wander over to another dog bowl to see what they have but she does not get aggressive.  At night, she easily goes into her kennel and goes to sleep. She even walks into her kennel to just hang out if we are in the same room.  We are working on potty training, but she’s so smart that I’m sure she’ll catch on as soon as she settles into the daily routine. This long legged lovely will burrow her way into your heart.
