Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Sammy Dogust is tough but sweet boy. He loves to meet new people and to hunt critters in the back yard. He doesn’t backdown from the big dog next door but isn’t aggressive with other dogs. He doesn’t vocalize a lot but sounds like a large dog when he does. Sammy is great company in the evening, a cuddle and a snuggle are both big on his agenda.​
