Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Noa Dogust is the most athletic dog his foster has ever been around. He has the jumping skills of a deer combined with the speed of a cheetah! Watching him race around the yard in the afternoons or mornings after being sequestered is something to behold. He enjoys chasing his foster brother and is learning to enjoy being chased as well.

Noa came to DROH with a group of pups and it has taken him awhile to “become his own man”. We think he allowed other pups in the group to be leaders and now he is learning to forge his own way. He’s been reluctant to follow his foster brother’s lead, so that has made it more of a challenge for him. 

He is a most handsome young man who enjoys calm evenings on the sofa and having his head scratched. Each week he makes more progress coming out of his shell, but to be honest he is a work in progress. Noa has an excellent appetite and appreciates a peanut butter filled Kong. He occasionally enjoys chewing a bone, but won’t keep it to himself, so his foster brother usually ends up with it after a bit.

Noa would do best in a home with a yard for him to exercise and a fellow pup who is pretty laid back. His current foster brother is pretty strong-willed and that might have inhibited his socialization. Most of all Noa has to have someone who is very patient and understanding of a dog that is timid and takes a while to warm up to their surroundings.
