Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Logan is the sweetest, most active dachshund you will ever encounter. His motor runs at a speed that is difficult to describe. His foster is recommending he have a “buddy” so he won’t wear his humans out. He has boundless energy and loves to be in the yard chasing squirrels or wrestling with other dogs.

Logan has learned to sleep through the night in his cage with no problems and is completely house broken. He is learning how to walk on the leash and be a gentleman with other passing dogs (although this is a work in progress). He loves every human he meets and is very generous with his kisses.

He has a good appetite and has refused to gain any weight despite increased portions and vitamins. He has the metabolism most of us dream of!

Logan is great around kids and enjoys wrestling with his foster dad…he never bites too hard! He is dying to have a buddy to wrestle and play with forever!
