Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Lulu is a dream dog.  She is very laid back and sweet and just loves being loved.  This sweet girl is crate trained and goes in her bed very easily.  She will bark at strangers but is a very friendly girl to all that come to visit.  Lulu loves to snuggle and enjoys having puppy massages.  At dinner time she isn’t the typical Dachshund. She takes her time eating and seems to be a little finicky about her food.  Over time this may change as she settles in to her surroundings and gets better adjusted.  She is very good about going outside to potty. Lulu loves her crate and also loves to burrow so make sure to have a blanket handy for her at all times.
